Return & Refund Policy

At Amalka Flora, we understand that special occasions sometimes require adjustments. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a specific policy regarding returns and refunds. Please review the following guidelines carefully:

1. Fresh Flower Arrangements:

We take great care in ensuring your floral arrangements are fresh and beautiful upon arrival. However, due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on fresh flower arrangements except in the following cases:

  • Incorrect Delivery: If you receive the wrong arrangement or product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item(s). We will arrange for a redelivery of the correct arrangement as soon as possible.
  • Damaged Upon Arrival: If your arrangement arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s). We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, either provide a full refund or arrange for a replacement delivery.

Please note that minor variations in flower type, color, or arrangement style are to be expected due to seasonal availability and the artistry involved. These variations do not qualify for a return or refund.

2. Non-Perishable Items:

For non-perishable items such as vases, gift baskets, or other add-on gifts, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To initiate a return for a non-perishable item, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

3. Order Cancellations

We understand that plans change. You can cancel your order for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.

For orders canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time, we can offer a 50% refund.
