Welcome to Amalka Flora! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, including the purchase and delivery of floral arrangements and related products (“Products”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Amalka Flora or its content suppliers and is protected by Sri Lankan and international copyright laws.

2. Product Information and Pricing

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event of a pricing error, Amalka Flora reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the incorrectly priced product, even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order with Amalka Flora, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. All orders are subject to acceptance by Amalka Flora. We may require additional information or verification before processing an order.

Payment for Products must be made in full at the time of order placement. We accept the following forms of payment: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Sampath Vishwa, FriMi. We use OnePay and PayHere payment gateways.

4. Delivery

We offer delivery services in selected areas. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Amalka Flora will not be liable for any delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, weather conditions, or recipient unavailability. Please contact us for arrange delivery.

Special delivery conditions may apply to hospitals, hotels, and high-security areas. Please contact us for more information.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our Products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in the following circumstances:

Delivery of incorrect or damaged Products: If you receive the wrong Product or if the Product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a redelivery or a full refund at our discretion.
Order cancellations due to Amalka Flora error: We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons such as insufficient stock or inability to fulfill delivery requirements. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Amalka Flora makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this website or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Amalka Flora will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
